At Remedial Health SA, we are committed to providing a professional, safe, and respectful environment for all clients. The following policies are in place to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

Professional Conduct

All treatments provided are strictly professional remedial massage services.

Any inappropriate behaviour, comments, or requests of a sexual or non-professional nature will not be tolerated. If this occurs, treatment will be terminated immediately, and full payment may still be required.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time if we feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or if professional boundaries are not being respected.

Appointment & Timing Policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.

To ensure fairness to all clients:

All treatments will finish at the scheduled end time
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session
Full treatment fees still apply

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer your appointment time to another client.

Cancellation Fees

More than 24 hours’ notice: No charge
Less than 24 hours’ notice: 25% of treatment fee
Less than 4 hours’ notice: 50% of treatment fee
No-show / no notice: 100% of treatment fee

Illness Policy

If you are unwell, please reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. Massage may worsen symptoms and can place your therapist and other clients at risk.

Cancellation fees may be waived in cases of illness.

Repeat Late Cancellations / No-Shows

Frequent late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a requirement for pre-payment when booking future sessions.

Privacy Policy

Remedial Health SA respects your privacy and handles your personal and health information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

We may collect personal and sensitive information required to safely deliver treatment, including:

Name, phone number, and email address
Date of birth
Relevant health information (e.g. injuries, medical history, treatment notes)

This information is collected when you book an appointment, complete an intake form, or contact us.

Client information is securely stored using Cliniko. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, or unauthorised access.

Communication & Marketing

Appointment reminders may be sent via SMS or email. From time to time, we may also send promotions or updates. You can opt out at any time.
